Unfortunately not a positive result for us either. It was very dark inside and not exactly clean. The food was completely not ours. Too much salt, some tasted like ready-made meals and very greasy and completely hard-fried. We were really looking forward to it, but complaints were only sloppily rejected. You can sit outside in the old town, but we won't stop here again

Very friendly and attentive service. Was there with my grandma on a Monday at lunchtime. Very tasty and hot food, also on special requests was well received. We recommend.

We were there at the best time yesterday with 6 people. Every meal was fresh and very tasty !!! The food came at the same time and relatively quickly for a reserved restaurant! We will recommend this restaurant and visit again.

Goose dinner at St. Martin Nice atmosphere, old Lower Rhine brick house, highly recommended, but runs without reservation at St. Martin nothing. This is due to the legendary Martinsumzug in Kempen.

In advance: we were there for the third time. And all visits were like the rating is: Food is very simple. Greasy and salted. Service is very rude and incompetent. In the time we were sitting there, we could easily have had four drinks. But the waitress was not able to see this. Vorsuppe for 4.50 € is far too much for this lousy quality. French fries were very salted. Meat was not through. Service very bad. Unclean. Too bad for the ambience.

If you like fatty, unhealthy food, you will find it here. Who does not value cleanliness and likes to be treated badly, too. A star is still too much.

Great schweineschnitzel with paprika souce! Strongly recommend it. And delivered relatively fast for the German standards.

Actually very nicely located restaurant in the middle of Kempen directly in sight of the butter market. The restaurant consists of a single guest room with friendly service. Unfortunately, these push you very quickly after you're done eating up and making room for new ones. The food does not taste bad but unfortunately it was suspected that the noodles are warmed up microwave noodles. The rest of the food was also good in taste but nothing special. Overall, a very nice, antique restaurant, whose service is very friendly, but whose kitchen might need a new recipe.

We were there more often. Pleasant atmosphere. Eat good. Kempen has a beautiful old town. Just great for a nice Sunday trip.
